What is the AILET Vacancy as per the Programme?
The NLU Delhi has classified the seats according to the programme and category-wise. The candidates who have applied as per the eligibility criteria and their educational qualifications can clock on the vacancy. The details are listed here:
B.A.LL.B.(HONS.) [FIVE-YEAR PROGRAMME]
110+10 Seats- 110 vacant for AILET merit & 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for immediate admission on merit.
Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO are exempt from AILET, but they must acquire 65% marks for the qualification.
Additional Surplus Seats: One seat for Kashmiri Migrants and two for residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
LL.M. [ONE YEAR PROGRAMME]
70+10 Seats- 70 seats on AILET merit; 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for immediate admission on merit.
Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are excused from the AILET.
Additional Surplus Seats: One seat for Kashmiri Migrants.
Ph.D. PROGRAMME
14+2 Seats- (UGC-JRF: 5 seats, AILET Merit -5 seats, Fellowship through AILET Merit -4 seats and Foreign Nationals-2 Seats).
UGC-JRF and Foreign Nationals candidates are exempt from the AILET.
