Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is the Governing body who is responsible for handling the admission process. KVS Admission Class 1-9 Application Form 2023

Kindly note that no admission test will be conducted for classes 2nd to 8th classes. On the contrary, class 9th students will have to give a written test based on the subjects such as Maths, Science, Hindi, SST, and English. KVS Admission Class and Age Limit

Reserved category candidates, female children, army children, disabled and below-poverty line children are exempted from fees. However, they will have to only pay for the computer fees and VVN (Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi) which is Rs 500. This amount can vary according to a particular standard which the parents will have to confirm from the accounts department of KV. Also, note that the above-mentioned tuition fee is only for the boys in class 9th.

How to Fill Out KVS Admission Form 2023?

There is no registration fee for the students

From the 2nd to 9th class, parents of wards can collect the application from the KV’s school principal. Then, they must submit the form with the necessary documents to the school authorities. Parents whose wards are in 1st standard must complete the form online; they can follow the steps shared below.

Step 1 Navigate to the leading portal of KVS Admission

Step 2 Register your ward using the specific details. This will generate an ID and a password. Use these details to log in to the website

Step 3 On the home page, you will find a link to KVS Admission 2023; click on that link

Step 4 Fill in the necessary details such as family background, personal details, contact information, etc, as needed

Step 5 Fill in the choices of KV schools

Step 6 Upload the documents

Step 7 Pay the fees using online payment methods such as net banking, credit/debit card, UPI, etc as available on the main website of KV

Step 8 Click on ‘Verify’

Step 9 The above step will generate an OTP

Step 10 Enter OTP and confirm the admission
