PSTET Notification 2022
The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) is conducted once a year. The objective is to take the test because the right candidate has to give the position of government teacher in the Punjab state.

PSTET Exam
Before giving you the details on PSTET Notification, allow us to give you some information on the PSTET exam. The PSTET will conduct the exam in two phases. The phase one exam is going to be conducted in the morning shift, and the phase of the exam will be conducted in the evening shift. The PSTET exam is going to be held in offline mode.
PSTET Notification Eligibility Criteria 2022
The eligibility criteria for Paper 1 are as follows-
- Candidate has to score a minimum of 50% marks in secondary education, or Candidate can also apply who are in the Final year of diploma. (Any)
- Candidate has to score a minimum of 45% marks in secondary education or final year education, i.e., 2nd year, as per the norms of NCTE regulation,2002.
- Candidate has to score a minimum of 50% marks in secondary education or has appeared in the final year of bachelor’s degree. (B.EL.ED)
- Candidate has to score a minimum of 50% marks in secondary education or final year of diploma education ( special )
- Completed Graduation or appeared in the second year of diploma. ( Any )
NOTE- The eligibility criteria for paper 1 is for the Primary Teacher Position
The eligibility criteria for Paper 2 are as follows-
- Completed Graduation or appeared in the second year of diploma. ( Any )
- Completed Graduation with at least 45% or appearing in the B.ed in 1st year as per NCTE regulations.
- Candidate has to score a minimum of 50% marks in secondary education or has appeared in the final year of bachelor’s degree. (B.EL.ED)
- Candidate has to score a minimum of 50% marks in secondary education or clear or appear in the final year of bachelor’s degree. (B.A. / B.SC.ED OR B.A. ED/B.SCED)
- Completed Graduation with 50% marks or appearing in the first year of B.ED. (Special).

PSTET Rectification Application Process 2022
The PSTET Board of Education gives the facility for one time to rectify the application form.
The steps for rectification of the application form are as follows-
- Go to its official website
- Click on the register user tab
- Enter the registration number and password
- Then make the changes
- After that, click on submit button for the confirmation page
The candidates can make these changes only in the application form-
- Candidate’s name
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Signature
- Mobile Number
- Photo
- Email ID
- Gender
- Address
- Center exam city

- Only the Residents of India can apply for the application form.
- Candidates have a choice to appear for one paper or two papers.
